Invitation to the Follow-Up Meeting by the C-Suite Executive Members of Public Health Steering Team Uganda (PHSTU)



Dear C-Suite Executive Members,

Special greetings from the Public Health Steering Team Uganda (PHSTU).

I would like to thank you for the excellent work and sacrifices done in establishing our Fiscal Agency-The Public Health Steering Team Uganda on the 24th of June 2023. To that effect, I would like to invite you for a follow-up meeting proposed to take place on either the 14th, 15th, or 16th of August 2023. Please suggest a date that seems convenient to you for confirmation.

Our proposed Agenda include the following;

1)   Recollection (Opening Prayer, Registration) at 9:00 AM.

2)  Communication from the Chairperson to update C-Suite Executive Members on the Handed Over Materials from our Mentor Prof. Tom M to support the Operationalization of PHSTU.

3) Review Document Files for each Member Organisation to ensure completeness and filling.

4)  Functional Units of PHSTU (Reception Unit, Coordination Unit, and Operation Units)

5)  Checklists and Tools for Entry and Registration of CBO/NGO in the PHSTU

6)  Subscription Fee to Public Health Steering Team Uganda (PHSTU)

7)  Story Writing for each Member Organisation

8) Management of Blogs and Social Media Platforms for each PHSTU Member Organisations

9)  Developing PHSTU Operational Workplan.

10)  Lunch and Closure 1:30 PM.
